The project aims at contributing to the improvement of the status (livelihood and health) of uprooted people in selected townships of Kayah State, Union of Myanmar. This has been tackled through an integrated approach in water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and food security and livelihoods. The 2 components were implemented in the same locations with the same target group. The evaluation focused on proving the accountability of the project towards donors and beneficiaries. Moreover, it contributes to capitalising on this project and drawing lessons learnt that can be used to improve the implementation of the next phase programmes.
